He has been wanting a smart tv and I couldn't pass this up after reading earlier reviews and, of course, the price. Well worth the money. Actually worth more money than I paid but I got lucky and caught a sale. I recommend this tv set. It really is amazing.

However it has so much bloatware that it doesn't run very fast at all. The TV itself is very slow, although the picture is nice, you'll want to invest in a device that basically uses this as a monitor. There's hardly any space for new apps and installing more apps just makes the TV even that much slower. I ended up buying a mini PC to run all of the apps and everything else that I normally would basically turning the TV into a computer monitor. But that obviously has sped up the use of the TV since all we're doing is just using it as a monitor and not all the other features. I wouldn't buy this TV again unless it was a really good price and I had an extra computer to hook up to it.

Quik/Easy Set Up

Idk if its the TV of my wifi, but it freezes and I have to unplug it to turn it off at least once a week. Not too sure if I would recommend if you DONT have 4k cable channels or movies in 4k. Ive only had the TV for about 3 weeks...I almost want to return, but its a hassle right now

I am sorry that you are experiencing freezing issues with your TU7000 TV.
Please try the following steps to optimize the smart TV performance:
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any.
We also suggest you check your internet connection:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

I was surprised to find that the Samsung remote control would also control my cable box. This was something that I previously had to operate by way of a separate controller.
