We wanted another Samsung to be able to smart cast our phones seamlessly for streaming. Everything works exactly as it should. No complaints. We don't like bothering with additional speakers, and the sound works fine as is.

I bought Samsung because I've always been happy with Samsung products. Didn't realize that there would be a button on the remote that connects to Samsung TV Plus. Don't need cable!!

But extremely disappointed that the advertisement of it working with Alexa was completely false. It would have gotten 5 stars if notfor this. But that feature was our main reason for buying this model

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. Please know that your model does not have voice assistants built-in. However, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

It helped a lot as I recovered from weather related illness and the gentleman who installed it was great at listening to my needs for my tv and the sales person was kind at helping me understandi how it would be different from my old set.

Bought two - one for a sunroom and one for a basement workout area. The VESA holes on the back are not centered on the TV, so check your wall mount if mounting (Sanus sends an adjustment bracket free of charge). Works great with Firesticks.

The kids love to screen share their music to it almost daily. We spend a lot of family time in the kitchen so it’s perfect for what we need.
