    I’m in love with this tv. It offers so much value in one package. Being that it’s a 2019 model and me buying it in 2021, it’s already packed with features that are not even on some 2021 models. (Hdmi 2.1 eARC, supports both Dolby atmos AND DTS content) highly recommend

    Everything about the TV is great and fine ... when it's working. My only issue is that every time I turn the tv on, I can't use any of the apps because it says it's not connected to my network. I unplug the tv, wait 5seconds, plug it back in, and magically, it seems to have reconnected to my network and all the apps work. From here, it is exactly what I wanted. Great picture quality and speed, and samsung TV is a nice perk to have random channels available for free. Again, this only happens when I unplug and replug my TV...every time I use it. I assume that there is an issue here that can be resolved but I have yet to figure that out. Would be great if someone reached out to help resolve this issue which is clearly not intended.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing network connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21)

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Excellent value, especially if used as a 4K 60 Hz with HDR computer monitor! Makes my computer life so much easier and so much cheaper than monitors of equivalent size. Just make sure you have a device and an HDMI cable that supports HDMI 2.0 to get 4K 60Hz with HDR.

    I bought this so I could watch TV in my room since nobody in my family would let me watch TV downstairs in the house that I pay the mortgage on, pay for all the utilities, and pay for the internet access, and have NEVER asked for assistance. I love my new TV.

    This TV is just okay (fair). It does the job with good sound and picture quality. However, the software behind the the screen is left me wanting. The TV keeps forgetting our Bluetooth surround sound system; requiring a manual reconnect on the TV side. The menu screens (apps and system settings) have a good 1-3 second lag between remote input to TV reaction. So when it comes to navigating any menu, you must be patient. Some days are faster then others, it's quite odd. I also have a series 6, 55" from 2016. It is noticeably faster, with no lag or issues, despite it being 4 to 5 years older and a supposedly "step down" from the series 7. I'm not impressed when I compare this TV to my older TV from the same company.

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update.

    Dont buy these garbage tvs anymore. I have 43 65 75 82 and 2 85s. My 65 inch went out 3 montgs after the warranty expired with the screen of black death. The 75 just died with the flickering screen of black death. The 2 85s are bramd new models of q60 and samsung diwngraded these tvs so bad the pictyre wuality is garbage gor the price. My zfold 3 died right after 1 year warranty was done. I begged them to hinor it. They did basically had to redo the whope phobe and within 2 months its running like trash. Samsung is now the worst company out tgere. High price points garbage systems

    Purchased yet another Samsung television. This, as a replacement for a different brand that was shipped with a new camper. I have used a few other brands' operating systems, but prefer Tizen.
