The one and only Best Buy could deliver me product on time. Well managed delivery of curbside pick up is an outstanding initiative during such time. The name Samsung itself for the picture quality is more than enough. Thank you!

My favorite part is that I can turn on my PlayStation and the TV turns and changes input! That's awesome!

Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or damage of any kind to the tv. The leg on the TV gave was loose, which resulted in the TV falling and damaging the screen. I was instructed to "just buy another tv" because my warranty didn't cover it.

My biggest problem is the response time when I’m trying to navigate the menu. It takes 3-4 seconds of response time and you get frustrated.

To do this, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. If it is not up to date, we recommend updating as the most recent update may help some performance issues.

Wasn't sure what I was going to end up with but the price was right. Got it home to find out it had all the apps I needed already. I could Bluetooth my phone to it without anything extra to watch my YouTube vids saved on my phone. Would do it again without hesitation.

Bargain price, but lacks some features that may, or may not, be important to you; 1) does not have the brightness of Samsung's QLED sets, and 2) does not have VRR, which can be important for legacy games.

It’s one of the reason I got this TV. Prime video only comes with sound but no image or pink image. Not too excited with this new TV and if Covid 19 was not around I would’ve returned it right away.

The issue with the Apps may be related to your network connection and quality.
We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

Works great and has all the fixtures needed. Very good audio and video. The only thing we would have liked better was a controller that includes voice commands.

The biggest annoyances are that it only has 2 hdmi ports and the sleep timer. I like to use the sleep timer to make sure I don’t leave it on all night. It is a lot of steps to get to the menu. Otherwise I’m happy with the purchase

On the other hand controls much better, far less of Samsung assuming they know better then me. Issue on picture is that colors are not intense unless they are primary colors.
