I have yet to be unsatisfied. The amount for the TV is easily worth it, luckily I bought it during the Cyber sales.

Had no problem returning it & getting a replacement. The purchase price was great & included a $20 discount along with receiving a $10 gift card. Have never had any problems with products from Best Buy!

Really like all the over the air channels built into this 43" system. Our break room at work is were the 43" is watched, fellow employees are happy with it also. I do enjoy Samsung TV.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung’s Crystal UHD 4K TU7000 Smart TV. The Crystal Processor 4K transforms everything you watch into 4K. Its crisp, clear picture is 4x the resolution of Full HD.
If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
Next, try Dynamic Picture Mode, which will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
Or manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode
Finally, Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Her Dad didn't want me to buy the one you can speak to but said it was okay to be able to speak tho the remote because he can take the remote at night and she won't be able to tell the tv to do anything! She is 6

I usually purchase Samsung TV’s and have had much success. Hoping the streak continues. It had lots of features that I can’t wait to try.

I feel I was told I would get the free Apple TV when I brought the TV and now I can’t get it unless I pay for it

However, the value and features of this one was hard to pass up. Like all flat screen TV's the speakers are in the back. This TV is for my Mom and we will likely be adding a sound bar to it so she can hear it better.

We got this one for the workout room in the basement. It has support for Apple AirPlay 2 and YouTube TV which were the key features for us. Now we can watch workout videos and other programs while on the treadmill.

A code is needed to verify Samsung account. I kept trying and trying to have Samsung send the code but it never happened. Finally found a work around.

But sometimes it flickers and goes black and i have to turn it off and on. Yes, I've unplugged it and plugged it back in and all of the things you are supposed to do to reset, but nothing changes. My husband told me he thought it was the wifi, so I figured it was that, but then, yesterday, i saw a lot of reviews explaining the exact same problem by others on a different site. I read the recommendations by samsung to others, so am going with that for now. The price is right for sure, but it has to work properly! Picture quality is fine and volume is fine for me. I wish I had gone with a better Samsung TV. As a brand, i have always found them really good in the past.

Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features.
Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer.
Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection
Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode
Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting
Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer
Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device.
Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

The setup was straightforward, if not entirely intuitive. There are plenty of instructions on-screen, but the FAQs did not have all of my relevant questions & answers. In the end, I would purchase it again!
