It automatically picked up my fire TV remote and copied it so I only need one remote to control everything. That is awesome. If you’ve ever had to hunt for the different remotes you would love this feature

We are doing away with the cable boxes for now and connecting cable through the internet. So far, so good. I will recommend these TV for viewing pleasure. It's a smart TV also.

I've had it for two months and its awesome!

The only thing we don't like about it is the sound quality. We had to purchase a sound bar in order to have good sound.

Even the speakers are sufficient enough that I no longer need the sound bar. My only problem is that I've made the guest bedroom too comfortable that no one wants to leave.

Our new Samsung has made viewing so much more enjoyable. We are spending a lot more time at home because of the virus and our new set is almost as good as going to the movies.

It works great with my note and dex, i can even ise it as a monitor wireless. Super easy. Wish it had a usb for mouse but get a bluetooth

The Geek Squad brought the replacement TV and connected the sound bar efficiently.

This one is super fast and I love that all Samsung’s come with free TV on them. Samsung Plus is awesome you can watch all your shows and it’s great! The TV is super smart and does everything.

I'm not sure if I see the difference between my old TV and this 7 series . I found it difficult to maneuver the source screen. Set up was complicated. But I'm not the most tech savey person. Otherwise this television is serving it's purpose.

But everything transferred from the big TV to this one effortlessly all the app info.

The operating system is not the same as other Samsungs and is not the greatest. It often lags and pauses before reacting to a command from the remote.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

It's bright and the fact that Apple TV is built in is pretty sweet!

Watching movies and shows it's perfect. The menus for the smart apps are a little on the slow side when navigating the menu. Once in apps they're really quick though.

Auto Volume is a feature on Samsung Smart TVs that helps to avoid volume fluctuation when changing between channels or sources on the TV. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test
