bought the 50"two months ago and now our other tv died so why not get the same model, bad part is that I paid the same price for the 50" should have bought 2 the same day. I wish they had more USB ports and control buttons on the tv itself

Pretty good value. This tv certainly won't amaze you, but if you are looking for a decent tv for a child's room or something fairly simple like the kitchen, then this tv should work well. There are only 2 HDMI ports, so you won't be able to add many devices to it.

One Week Out of the Box and TV has Problems!

The first week was wonderful, the second, not so much. The universal remote stopped operating the cable box. Samsung sent me a second remote. Still would not recognize the cable box. So, I switched out the cable box thinking that was the problem. Nope, it still does not work. So not even having this TV for two weeks, Samsung is sending a technician to see what is the problem. Part of me says, I should just return it, but will wait until the technician takes a look at it. This is a headache because I paid $70 for a screen protector and that may have to be replaced if they exchange the set.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung’s TU7000 TV and for your review. You may first want to check to see if your batteries are working. Next, you may want to contact your cable company to see if an upgraded box is available. Please also be sure that the distance between the cable box and TV is not too far apart. Then manually reset the connection of your remote by going to Source > Universal Remote Setup.

I had no intention to buy this TV... I wanted to buy a Fire TV Smart 4k.... when I asked the salesman on the floor about availability of the Fire TV in a box, he pointed to a box saying, this is the last box we have. I trusted his saying, bought it and kept it in the box for about 2 weeks. After that I decided to unbox it and to my surprise I see this piece of dump TV, that by that time I was unable to return it. So I did nOT wanted to buy it. From now on, I will not trust their salesman.

quit working 2 weeks after purchase, motherboard is being replaced. So we will see after motherboard is replaced. Beautiful picture when it was working. Disappointed

Employees were very careful to not expose us, we felt very safe while in the store. I was sent an email with a link to the tracking of my shipment, but it took me to the Best Buy website and I could not track the package.

Great TV, so far it has been performing very good. The TV has great resolution, display and sound. Smart features work well and we haven't had any issues with it yet! I. Definitely recommend it!

Works great but there needs to be a easy way to control two TVs in the same area. We use this in our game room and have two Samsung TVs. Even with using separate remotes that came with each I have to do some fast clicking off and on to control just one TV.

Bought this for a friend. Remote buttons are small hard for her to work. She also disappointed cannot hit a direct button on remote for Hulu. Netflix has a direct touch button on the remote. Disappointed only has 2 HDMI inputs for aux equipment.

Excellent TV. Liked this one so much we purchased a 55in Samsung. Should have stayed with the 7 Series in the 55in. Lots of things to setup so setup takes time but after the initial set up it is easy to use.

Excellent TV for over a year now. Remember, smart TVs track everything you watch and collect all the data they can on your viewing, choices, etc, same as social media webistes.

Love the TV. The only issue is that the internet sometimes doesn’t stay connected and I have to unplug it from the outlet and back in. It’s works after doing that. Have to get it checked out. I wouldn’t recommend it because of the wireless network issue.

Really like the Roku. Have one hooked up upstairs and one downstairs. It's a great value. We can now watch all our streaming video in our bedrooms and aside from the small cost of the unit, there is no monthly charge.
