    Nice to use a computer monitor and gaming

    This TV is nice to use a computer monitor and gaming. I have been using the cast feature since i have the Galaxy s20 and Note20. It receive a lot of glare so ensure to place in an area where the light doesn't get to it. Other than that do not have any issues.

    Purchased the TV and it arrived damaged. But, I was able to quickly exchange it. Works great. Not a lot of bells and whistles but has what is needed. Signal loss occasionally causes picture los for second or two. Not sure what is causing it But will monitor It.

    Adjusted brightness all the way up and it’s still dark. For 300$ not worth it .thought Samsung was a good brand thought wrong . Tv can’t keep up with fast moving objects . Sound is not great . Remote sucky.

      There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    This is a great budget 4k tv. No doubt its worth every penny. The first one I got was defective but best buy easily gave me another one it this ones if great. Wish the screen was a little brighter but all the features and 4k quality at this price I cant complain.

    I returned this TV immediately because I found the same model at Costco which includes a 3-year full coverage warranty for the same price. 3X the warranty for no cost difference can't be beaten. The TV I ended up with works great!

    I bought this for my Mom. She is in a nursing home & she has enjoyed learning how to use the smart apps. Amazon Prime on demand tv shows. The quality of Samsung is terrific

    Bought this television, but my husband, we had a Toshiba it went out, we put it in the back bedroom, we only have the TV for like a month now, still working well and I would rate it as a five star,

    Only drawback is that it does not have a direct RCA connection to my surround sound speakers via my tuner. I resolved this by purchasing an additional "Optical to R/L Audio Converter" from a different provider as Best Buy did not have this product available.

    I love this Samsung SmartTV It's amazing I was struck by the way the screen looks and I enjoy watching movies and sports on my new TV. During these difficult times it feels good to have such a wonderful Television

    We purchased this tv for our rv but when we set it in the area for the tv, the legs on the bottom of the tv made it to high to fit on the shelf. We returned the tv to get the 40 inch.

    We returned it because we couldn't get a specific channel at my parent's rural home. TV seemed fine but our old, little kitchen TV was able to get the PBS station by antennae that this nicer one wasn't able to.

    I don't think I am smart enough for a smart TV. Too many hoops to jump through to set it up. Picture quality almost as good as my 15 year old flat screen that it replaced. But still good price for what you get.

      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality to your viewing scenario.
      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

      In addition, the quality of the image on your screen depends on the source and the connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.

      The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth

    Not too happy in having to figure out remote! It took me hours (and, days). Picture tuning is not easy. I really am very disappointed in this TV. The TV that I had before, about 10 years, was also a Samsung. It was NOT a SMART TV. Why do we all need a Smart TV? I just want a TV that I can look at TV shows and movies. I also use my cable DVR quite often. I do feel that the Smart TV is being pushed down the publics throats.

      We appreciate your feedback on the TU7000 TV's Smart features. Please know it will be shared with our internal teams.

      If you do not wish to use the Smart features, you can disconnect your TV from Wi-fi and only use your cable TV. Then utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
      1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub
      2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature
      3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App
      4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature

    The reason for the return is not 3.5mm audio out and unable to download the Tablo app on Tizen platform, i do have a Samsung 2017 model 9 series 75" with Tablo app on, i guess is the Tizen platform, other then that i loved Samsung products

    TV is Just OK. I hate remote. It is so overloaded that you have to look carefully each time to pick a button. My previous Samsung has pretty straight forward minimalistic remote that covers all functions!

    interface is s little tricky took a couple weeks to get used to all the features tv had a small amount of seperation at the base which is why only 4 stars but its works perfectly i will have to see if the seperation does anything i love the tv clarity

    I'm having trouble when I turn it on in the morning. Not every day, but some days the picture looks like a color negative from a camera. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get the picture to work correctly. Once it is plugged back in it works great!
