It is possibly a source issue. You can try auto volume Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
May also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

Awesome $300 TV

Decent picture, although typical of any of the name brands around the same price. I do like the Tizen smart tuner. Lots of stations built in.

On top of that you can surf the web which is what we were looking for. It isn't the fastest in terms of user input but thats the only downside ive seen with it.

With this latest one I found the set up a bit more difficult than previous models, but no one wants to print any instructions.

I've had it for a month not, and I haven't had a single issue! I strongly recommend this for anyone that is in the market for a 43" TV.

The only thing i did not like was the crows foot legs, I prefer a center pedestal stand

Preloaded HULU app freezes up, had to use a ROKU Stick+ to access HULU. Samsung tech support was really no help, they did minimal trouble shootng over what I had already done. Actually first told me to contact HULU directly, supplied case # and said they would be back to me in 2 to 3 business days, didn't happen. Totally disappointed in Samsung. Best Buy was great, no issues with the return!

Returned to bestbuy and got another one. This one went bad day 29. The tv would turn on and off all day. Did everything in my power to fix it but nothing worked. I returned that one and will most likely get another one because I like the tv. I will get a warranty this next time if its fair price and if I can just bring it back to best buy when and if it goes bad.

Really don’t use it for much else. It does have an over abundance of features, that we never use. Kinda over kill for a bedroom.

I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming though as it’s a little too big in my opinion and there is just the slightest lag it feels like even with a high quality hdmi cable.
