    I've been buying everything from Amazon but the price and the shipping was much better than Amazon had the shop Best buy for a couple years now I'm back on the bandwagon with the Best buy online

    This TV had the features that I was looking for. It was my second TV of this brand so I thought it would work out. I had to wait several hours to complete the initial user agreement since the servers were down. The TV cannot be used until the agreement is completed. The TV interface is extremely sluggish. On top of that the remote control is overloaded with buttons. I ended up pressing the wrong button so often that I finally got fed up with it. I ended up returning it.

    Color is not comparable to my old Plasma screen. Would like a brief tutorial of on screen movement options by the remote. Still learning to navigate within the on screen icons.

      There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    Samsung 7000 series a nice tv. My advice if can pay the $50 to $100 more and go with the 8000 series. I have both and 8000 series definitely a better picture.

    My son uses this tv in his bedroom for gaming and video streaming, and he loves it. Does a fairly good job at producing deep, dark colors when called upon. For the price, I definitely recommend.

    I just need a dumb 4K TV all that smart stuff gets done using my Xbox and PC. The tv just be acting up trying to connect to everything all at once it’s got great quality Thats about it

    Bought this tv for my grandson for Christmas. It was the only thing he wanted. He does his research on making sure it meets his expectations and what a great price. Sure to be a hit.

    The price was great and the picture is crisp when the colors are bright, but the picture is terrible on any dark scenes. Good smart features, but the dark picture is almost unwatchable.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Bought this TV for basic streaming and it is great! Volume works well, and Samsung provides “Samsung TV” so I’m able to get free tv channels.

    Easy to set up and works well with Wi-Fi! I also appreciated how store offered to take it out to my car. It's not a huge TV so I was able to cart it myself.

    All my appliances are samsung I just love samsung to me is the best . I looked everywhere else to purchase this TV and best buy is the only one that had it the earliest date

    One of the best screens I have ever seen at this price point. The motion is so easy on my eyes so watching long movies is a breeze! The hdr 10 makes everything come together as well!

    I would not recommend this model for any application. First, the User Interface and remote are both clunky. The inputs are delayed, the layout is designed for cable rather than a streaming service (way too many unnecessary buttons if you don't have cable) and the UI just isn't laid out well. And it can't be improved because most apps can't be removed from the lineup even though I don't have them. Next, even with a mesh wifi 6 node 6 ft away the TV constantly buffered on streaming. 20 minutes of video took an hour to watch because of having to power cycle the TV and router multiple times. Finally, whenever you turn on the TV a free movie from the Samsung channel starts playing. I want to go to HBO or Netflix but I have to watch a minute or two of The Iron Lady starring Meryl Streep first because the TV is prioritizing loading that over loading the channel selection pop-up. Overall just a badly designed product and there are cheaper alternatives that do a better job.

    Great picture and value. But, can not get it to connect to my WiFi. Called Samsung Customer Service and they wanted to charge me to help me connect the tv to WiFi.

    Love it! I don't know how to hook up a tv...or cable...and I'm controller-challenged. However, this tv made it all relatively easy. Very happy with Samsung!!
