Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung TU7000 TV. Your opinion matters to us and will be shared with our internal product teams.
There are several volume features you can adjust that may improve your experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Should not even be advertised as a smart tv. Frequently disconnects from WiFi and says that WiFi is not available..all the while my speed tests from my phone are pulling 485 mbps in the same room. Thank God for Roku, because the picture on the tv is good and for that reason I’ll keep the tv. I used to be a Hardcore Samsung fanboy. Now, I’m Slowly leaning toward LG

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

I was hoping for something that would take my breath away, but I think my 2-year old 32" has a better picture with hi-def cable. Not bad, but not any breakthrough.
