    Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. I only have one question. I didn't receive a manual with the TV. Could you please send me a manual or tell me how a could secure one.

    I just purchased a Samsung Smart TV and it is definitely a great buy and I never had to go in the store, they brought everything out and put it in the car no contact it was Great!

    So far so good. The issues with the colors blurring happened initially, once I got the tv online, It hasn't happened again. I believe, like it was posted, that it needed an update.

    I love the picture- UHD is amazing! This tv came with a lot of features that I didnt really expect ! It was easy to connect and goes great with my blu ray. (also Samsung)

    I purchased a flat screen TV, got it home and started unpacking the television, noticed cracked screen, they exchanged without issue, pretty good, the customer service was ok, Staff was rather nice about it .

    Good value for the money. We have other Samsung TV's so the choice was easy. Setup for streaming and over the air TV was very easy.

    Love this TV! It has all the features you need to enjoy during movie night. My kids enjoy Disney and HBO Max apps. Very easy to activate by mobile phone.

    Love it. Love my TV. So far so good. No complaints. I would have loved an OLED, but can't afford a 2,000. TV. So I'm happy with my purchase. BEST BUY is the best.

    Good picture. Weak sound volume from tv speakers and no surround sound on tv speakers. I liked my LG 4K better

      Hi BernardR,

      Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung TU7000 TV. Your opinion matters to us and will be shared with our internal product teams.

      There are several volume features you can adjust that may improve your experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    Navigating the menu is slow and awful. Should not even be advertised as a smart tv. Frequently disconnects from WiFi and says that WiFi is not available..all the while my speed tests from my phone are pulling 485 mbps in the same room. Thank God for Roku, because the picture on the tv is good and for that reason I’ll keep the tv. I used to be a Hardcore Samsung fanboy. Now, I’m Slowly leaning toward LG

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

    Have purchased this tv 2 weeks ago and I am pleased with my choice. The visuals are clear, the sound is great as are most of my samsung products. The price was reasonable and I would recommend it.

    I can't say the picture is any improved over older models. I was hoping for something that would take my breath away, but I think my 2-year old 32" has a better picture with hi-def cable. Not bad, but not any breakthrough.

    This is a great TV, we love that it supports HBO Max. The major reason for this purchase was that we were spoiled with a larger 4k TV, so we upgraded our bedroom TV.

    Good TV for the price but the picture out of the box was very dark. You need to disable the eco setting to gain enough access to the full range to make it watchable.
