    This tv is slow and the apps don’t work. I have another Samsung series 8 and absolutely love it. But this one is bad.

    Easy order for new Samsung TV and arrived next day just like they told me! I’ve ordered several Samsung TVs in the past and haven’t been disappointed!

    Only downside to the TV is when sun light hits it but my understanding is it will happen with all LED tvs. I love all the applications it has like Prime, Disney Plus and so on.

    I was disappointed that I could not set up the TV without calling the Geek Squad and paying for an in home Geek Squad consultant. I set up my last Smart Roku Sharp TV myself

    Peace of junk. No worth it. The Operative System is terrible, It freezes constantly. It disconnects from the internet often. I been buying from Best Buy for the past 10 years. I never had an issue with other TV’s(6 tv’s) laptops (3), cameras DSLR (2), Apple products (over 10 like iPads, watches) and other top brands. When I went back to the store to get customer service I was told that I was out of luck because I didn’t buy geek squad add on and I was referred to Samsung. Terrible experience with Best Buy. I was expecting better service from them at least store credit to buy another TV. The tv is brand new barely used, less than 3 months since I bought it is collecting dust.

      Hi Daniel,

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and sharing your experience. You may want to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality.
      We suggest you try the following:
      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

    Great TV for the price. You aren't going to get a super high quality picture from it but it is the right balance of cost and quality. The Tizen interface is a bit clunky.

    Works with my laptop as an extra display

    Using this TV as an extra display for my laptop for work. Works really well. My laptop does not recognize the TV as a "monitor" but still works for what I need it for.

    Decent TV for the price. Bought it for my 18 month old princess. Just one issue, the TV is relatively slow compared same type I bought about two weeks earlier from Best Buy. Otherwise it’s a good TV so far.

    Bought for new bedroom. Wall mount. works great with Amazon Firestick. The auto brightness feature adjusts backlight and brightness to ambient light levels, works well.

    I love this TV. It’s my first Smart TV and is very user-friendly to learn how to use. Sound quality has been my only concern, but even that is good, just not excellent

    I consider this to have been an excellent “open box” purchase because it is performing very well. Samsung has a great reputation for longevity and that, coupled with the service policy, gives me confidence .

    Enjoyed this TV while it worked. Unfortunately horizontal lines started appearing and after working with support, it couldn't be resolved without spending more than $400 for a service call and a new panel. Support informed me that they receive a lot of calls regarding horizontal line issues and often times it is due to a bad display panel. Disappointing by Samsung.
