My old TV bit the dust. I was looking for a replacement. Samsung is one of the best brands,so I decided to buy it. I don't regret it.

Ordering online and pick up at store was pleasantly easy considering I placed my order during the Covid-19 Shut down. Store pick up went smooth and fast. Will order again.

For the price, a solid 4K TV with decent response times. The brightness is a tad wonky before you begin to adjust it but it's a good entry-level TV for its features.

Good TV it does many great things like play videos, play audio and connect to interwebs around the world

Great small (43" is small now lol) TV for our guest room. Loaded apps with no problem, we run everything streaming on it - no cables - and it works great.

I was so excited to Purchase this T.V. My T.V. just started talking and no picture. I went into best buy and asked the salesman for a good TV and was given this one.

Excellent. Need external sound. Sound is tinny and very monotone-ish. Needs Headphone for wider variety of speaker systems. Otherwise it's a fine procuct.

All of my TVs are Samsung and have been for quite some time. I have always loved the picture quality. I have never had any issues with any of my TVs until my latest purchase about 8 months ago. Two weeks in to enjoying the TV, the sound became distorted out of the blue. It sounds if everybody is talking in very slow motion or something. The first time it happened, I was able to turn the TV off and back on- problem solved. It has been happening about once a month since then and I have to call Tech Support to get them to trouble shoot. If you get the right technician great- otherwise you get someone in another country who obviously has no clue what they are doing. I have never been more disappointed with a product. It is obviously and issue with Samsungs because a friend's TV does the same thing. I don't have time for this nonsense. Calling support is going to be an hour of your life and when it results in the problem not being fixed- man- that's enough to give somebody a heart attack.

This is one of the best tv i've ever gotten. I like the feature that you can tap your cellphone to the screen and play videos. Bright colors and very vibrant screen

The pick up process was a breeze and the gentleman who help to take it out to the car was pleasant and polite and very careful putting the TV in the back of the car.

Bought this to for a friend because I had one for myself. Would recommend to all family and friends.

My son was very happy when he opened his new . It was perfect for what he needed right now . It was a gift from me to him. Thank you for recommending it to me.

One star on the tv. Picture is good, menus are bad, remote is horrible. Picture died after 6 months. Zero stars on the geek squad. Told me to take it to the manufacturer, like there is one in town. Refused manager and refused to find a solution. Just push on to another company and then hung up.

Nice TV with great picture clarity. This TV was replacing an older TV that was mounted on the wall. The transition for our eye Samsung was quick and easy.

Next day delivery, easy to setup. Haven't fully explored all the smart tv options yet but very satisfied so far. To be 'picky' I'd say the sound is only decent but ok.
