    Picture and sound quality is good. Will not stay connected to wireless router. Now it won't connect at all. Other Samsung TV's work great this one...not so much

    comes with a bunch of free tv channels through Samsung that I did not expect. would work best with a sound bar unless you don't mind turning the volume up very high

    It is a nice size tv and thin. When you start it at times it gives some strange pixels and you have to turn it on and off until it is right i had it fir 2 weeks

    I was excited to receive this TV. When it works, it has a beautiful picture; however, the one I received is defective. Sometimes when I turn it on, it works just fine, while other times, it comes on with a the colors faded and a fuzzy picture. I have had to turn it off and back on several times in order to get the picture to look normal. Of course, I can't get anybody to answer the phone at the nearest store, so that I can in quire about exchanging it for another one. Frustrating!

    Service was great and sales representative had a very good understanding of products and the different between each product, but most importantly could express it in both technical/layman terms.

    Solid, Samsung quality that we expect. Unfortunately, does not have the a/v ports to connect older DVD & VHS players, so....not enough HDMI ports if we can find the rca to hdmi cables.

    I bought this tv because it was available for a good price but the picture quality combined with slow refresh rate was too much for me. Ended up swapping for a 8000 series. Very worth a little extra money.

    love this tv, it's beautiful pretty good speakers, although i bought a Sony sound bar and sub for movies. heavier than i thought it would be

    Has a lot of issues connecting to the internet and it needs to be restarted often to reconnect!! This is very annoying but other than that it’s fine.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing internet connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    What would be the reason to have no picture? But When setting up you do hear the automative voice saying to press some buttons to set up

      Thank you for your review and your question. If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    So far I like very much my TV. I liked that it came with a Samsung TV chanels, so I enjoy watching some of those plus my Netflix, Hulu and Youtube favorites shows.

    Not happy with this purchase. I got this TV in 2023 and it went out after having it for less than 2yrs. No help from Samsung support. This is my second TV from Samsung that had flickering and go out. No more Samsung Tv's for me.

    Love this TV upgrade from the one I had, love the fact that the remote is up to date. It works with my xfinity so I don't have to use the xfinity remote.

    Beautiful picture, but volume isn't very good.Would be a great TV for the price if the sound was better.

      Please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
