    It's a little slow/laggy when loading apps and internet content and sometimes won't load it especially Amazon prime. Otherwise a very good tv for the price.

    I bought this tv for my Husband's garage and he absolutely loves it. Samsung definitely makes great tv's and we will continue to buy them.

    This tv is nice and all but literally every night I have to reconnect it to the internet and sometimes it won't even connect for no reason.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing internet connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Great tv for a awesome price. Settings do have to get tweaked a little. Image was a little dark. All good after a few adjustments. Overall happy with TV.

    Haven’t had any issues yet with this product. My first delivery the tv arrived broken so this is my second one I just received about two weeks or so ago.

    Samsung makes a really great TV, but what sets them apart is their extras. from SamsungTV to the control and connectivity of their app.

    An amazing value and a good product. It’s a no brainer strictly on price vs. performance but it is just an average TV in every way and the streaming interface and AP could be better.

    Seems like it is refurbished it loses the internet connection all the time and the tv it’s self is not very loud kind of annoyed actually

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing WiFi connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21)

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.

      We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
      Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

      You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

    the TV has tons of features to get connected to wifi devices including a bluetooth headset to get all controlled by home devices and audio controls.

    If youre looking for a great 4k tv this is your best affordable option. It runs 60htz so this is the perfect one for the series s xbox

    I like it that only one remote is now needed for tv and hulu, etc. My wife likes the wireless and bluetooth. Solid piece of equipment at a nice price.
