Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume on your Samsung TU7000 TV. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
Also, please check to ensure you are running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings > Support > Software Update. You can easily update from there if needed.

Bought the tv back in August, as of today 11/18 it now has a high pitched humming sound coming from it. TV hasn't moved from the wall since day 1.... that is until today. Tried multiple outlets, hard reset, Tried different video settings, and no other devices attached or cables connected. Pushing on the back of the tv near the power cord input jack creates tone changes in the pitched sound. Possibly a bad capacitor but that is just speculation. I usually buy LG and went against my better judgement. Ive had LG 43 inch UM6300 since last year, great for a basic 4k tv and can enjoy with out humming sounds piercing my ears. YAY lol

Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry to hear that you are hearing an odd sound coming from your speakers. Please make sure that the audio cable is connected to the correct audio output connector on the external device.
Run a Sound Test by going to : Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test
For antenna or cable connections, check the Signal Information. A low signal level may cause sound distortions. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information
