Experienced what I hope are a couple of glitches. On two different occasions I turned on the TV and had no sound. Went to watch a program in a different room. Came back a couple hours and sound was on. Same thing happened a week later. Never had an issue before. Reported to Best Buy and hoping it won't happen again. Just had new Modem and cable box installed today.

I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues with hearing audio from your TV. You may want to check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable
connection again.

The sound started getting choppy and I started testing many devices with many different hdmi cables and it ended up being the tv itself. After doing a factory reset, it magically worked which was strange since all sound settings have always been left at the default setting. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again.
