So Many Problems

Some nights it will say we aren’t connected to the WiFi. But when I go try to connect it, it says I’m already connected. It takes disconnecting and reconnecting to the WiFi multiple times to get it to eventually work. It won’t download any apps. We download an app and then they don’t show up in the apps. The TV was blinking red for a week and no one could figure out why. We finally realized ourselves it was from an HDMI cord that was plugged into it? We just had to reset it to factory settings because of another issue. We have problems with it at least three times a week with some odd issue. I will never buy Samsung again. Good picture.. I’ll give it that.

I am very sorry you have been experiencing multiple issues with your TU7000 TV.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any.
We also suggest you check your internet connection:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please be sure to download and install the latest firmware which can be found at: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020
