Disappointing for a Samsung

We got for our room, to replace a non-smart tv so we had all our streaming services to watch. We have had it for about a year now but this is anything but smart… it constantly loses its wireless/internet connection and we have to reset the thing at least once a week. It also came with an older non-smart remote. We have others with the newer smart remote and wish this one did too. Must have been a bad model for the company.
