The sound cuts in and out for the first 10 - 15 minutes when I change channels. I worked with Best Buy techs via email. Their suggestion was to have the Geek Squad look at it in the store and I was informed by the store personnel that they did not fix headphones and to return them, which I did.

The fix is to update the software. It will not let you update the software because there is no room, you have to delete some apps. It will not let you delete any apps. Then out of the blue it updates itself. Its worked fine since then but I dont think I would buy this tv again.
