It does it on its own. I don’t feel like repacking and returning but I also don’t wanna waste what I spent on this tv so maybe I will exchange it. Definitely disappointed. We only buy Samsung TVs and this was the first time we ever had an issue like this.

It is possibly a source issue. You can try auto volume [Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
