    This TV is OK but the screen is very dark on some movies. It shows glare easily and speakers are sub par. You can adjust settings to make it brighter but still not up to par with my two older samsung TVs. I bought the TV for its Bluetooth capabilities which it does great. Best Buy had this TV on sale which made up for its short comings.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Great quality but for some reason my WiFi doesn’t connect. A fire sticks connects and work perfectly but that’s not the point of a smart tv if I can’t connect it to wifi. I’ve factory reset and everything and it just doesn’t work. I can connect and internet cable and it works but not worth it cause the box is half way across my home.

      I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues.

      You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.

      Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      Detailed troubleshooting instructions can be found on page 119 of the E-Manual.

    Major defect upon delivery; minor problems still

    Major defect (what looked like "inverted colors") upon delivery. Fixed by replacing all (2) major components. Annoying problems remain ("Please go into service mode and setup below options. Type, LocalSet, Front Color Option OK". Another home visit required to reset - still waiting.) Intermittent problems accessing Netflix and Disney+.
