There are too many options to mention that are not on this TV apps and set up as there were on my last TV that was not Samsung. This is too confusing and not user friendly. I am technical savvy, but unfortunately this TV is beating me. It's sad. Hopefully one day I'll figure out what I need it to do.

Got this one to replace my 6 series only to fine it more difficult to set up than the 6. The picture is a little better and I wanted the 50" but none of best buys had them in stock which sucks hense the 2 stars should have gone to Walmart .

The picture on this TV is great, but the system seems to be a bit too slow, when navigating through the applications it lags for some seconds and sometimes it gets stuck like an old computer.

Delivery and installations went fine, and the guys were accommodating with our requests, but I really didn't like the way each task was charged. Moving existing TVs to different rooms, taking away a damaged TV, etc. were all charged to our ticket. Expensive help for sure.

Had this tv for less than 2 years and the screen went black. I have sound but no picture. Very disappointing. My plan wasn’t to buy a new tv every couple of years.

The tv is alright but really disappointed with the constant fluctuations of volume between a show and commercials. I have gone into change the setting to auto volume yet it still changes on its own and gets loud. Also noticed the tv starts to flicker sometimes and not entirely sure what is causing it.

I normally love Samsung products becuase I've 4 Samsung Galaxy phones adnd they have been phenomenal. The TV's are a different story. My first Samsung TV lasted about 2 years and then crapped out on me. Stopped connecting to the internet and just wouldn't work. Then I bught this one and within a month, it stopped working. Moves extra slow and it also stopped comecting to the internet. Its not my internet because all my other products (phone, computer, and Xbox) stay connected just fine. I am extremely disappointed in Samsung because I generally love their products. I will never buy another Samsung TV again. Only reason I give it one star is because I can't give it none.

You can have your TV perform a self-check to diagnose the issues you are experiencing. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
