It is possibly a source issue. You can try auto volume Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

Setup is a little obtuse and funky however Samsung customer support was very helpful and guided me thru it. On-line help is not so great and does not come with a user manual ... bummer.

Picture is different from video advertising. They probably use professional calibration. Out of the box you do get what you pay for. Always been a Sony brand. Will keep the tv, but won’t use Samsung brand for tv.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 4K Smart TV and for your review. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
