    I have had to unplug and replug this tv back at least every other day, also will lose connection to the internet. Because other people love this tv, I thought I would review and see if customer support could help as I am really thinking about returning this tv today

    After my 30 day warranty ran out my screen has had a non stop problem distorting the bottom 20% of the tv screen, decent sound but not so good product quality. And when I came back on day 32 and told them my screen messed up they told me good luck

    Tv dead after 18 months. Was ok tv and fit our room well. But alas after a VERY SHORT 20 MONTHS THE TV IS DEAD! VERY DISAPPOINTED

    We own 6 Samsung TVs and all have been good except for this one. It lasted less than a year and by the time it went, the warranty had expired. It never performed like my other TVs. Disappointed on Samsung this time

    I’m usually a fan of Samsung tv’s because I’ve never had a problem with them before. I thought this one was a great value for the price. I was wrong. For one thing, navigating the menu is clunky and it’s not intuitive. I ended up buying a Roku to avoid the menu, but it seems like the tv and the Roku were incompatible as I was constantly having to reboot one or the other after freezing up. Also, the electricity went off for about half an hour. When it came back on, all the WiFi settings had to be reset and the “smart” tv wouldn’t pick up the WiFi network automatically so I had to enter it manually. I wouldn’t recommend buying. Look for something else in this price range.

    We have 2 other Samsung TV's which we are very pleased with. But we are very disappointed in this new 7 Series Samsung. Very disappointed with the color on the TV. No matter how we adjust the color it just isn't good. Everything looks to be a purple tone. Background is dark and skin tones are off. Would not buy it again.

    TV IS NOT WORKING

    I purchased this tv back in Jan 2 2021 and until Feb 01 2021 suddenly it black out whenever I turn on TV. it has no screen and sounds. I wouldn't recommended this TV to any one. Now, I have to deal with Manufacture to either fix or replace it.

      I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.

      If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

    No picture reboot to much

    Having issues with it staying on. No picture but sound only. Then it is fine for a few days. Then back to a black screen. Have to reboot the TV many times. It's very annoying trying to enjoy my shows and sports. Still waiting on samsung to come out for warrenty issues.

    Samsung TV never stayed on more than 25 seconds. Turn off, turn on. Researched online; it’s a known issue. Could not get through to live assistance at Samsung. Return was very easy and money refunded promptly. I would not buy this TV.

    Slowest TV ever

    I got this tv a couple months ago, mainly because I just wanted an average sized smart TV for my room that had Bluetooth capability for my headphones. I chose Samsung because that's the brand my last smart TV was, bought around 2014. Well this tv is so incredibly slow, I really can't stand it. I would return it if I could, that's how terrible it is. And it lags when you press buttons so you think you're pressing one thing and it takes you to an entirely different screen. I have very good internet and have run multiple speed tests, beside the fact that all my other devices run perfectly fine. There also is a home section that pops up constantly whether you pressed the home button or not, which is especially annoying since it takes forever to close. Setting up the Bluetooth is fairly annoying as well. Nothing about this tv can make up for how slow it is.

    POOR WIRELESS CONNECTION

    the tv disconnects everyday from the internet... my internet is 400gb and the tv keeps saying that there is no internet available. I need to take it off from the power and then put it back, in order for it to connect again even when it is connected, the wifi signal is really bad, I can't watch youtube videos (they keep loading forever) my tv is less than 3 meters from the wifi router all the other devices connects perfectly, but this tv does not... I contacted samsung support and they asked me to run several tests, and eventually reset the TV. I did so and for 1 day the problem was solved, but again today the same problem happened... the deadline to return the tv was yesterday, so I can't return it anymore and I'm stuck with this TV
