Here are some tips to help improve the sharpness. 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Adjust the cable box or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i. 4) Look for a channel that is broadcasting native HD content. For over the air/cable antenna connection, try these steps to find HD channels: Go to Menu>Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program

When I first purchase this TV in 2020 it died within 6 months and technician had to come out and replace parts of it. 2 years later the picture is so dark you can barely see it.

I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the TU7000 TV’s picture quality. If the image is too dim, try adjusting Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic
Or manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode
Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality to your viewing scenario. Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose: 1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues.
You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

Bought from store and when I was installing found out the screen broken. Returned it to store and was told a replacement will be ordered in a week. Received an e-mail saying it didn’t have the item after a week of waiting and now they are saying it will take another week or more to get it.

Samsung has the worst customer service before you get to a case manager, and some of them don’t follow through with what they say either. Your warranty for your product was a joke. I feel extremely guilty that I recommended my parents get the 75’ Samsung. Now I’m just waiting for it to break so I have to deal with all this again. Best Buy did a great job fixing my 43’ the third time they came out. I went with out a TV for close to three months. You should really get your stuff together you can’t blame COVID-19 for your lack of honoring your warranties. I would ask that you extend my warranty because you should, Best Buy practically replaced the whole TV twice, but what’s the point the original one didn’t mean anything to Samsung anyways

This TV is straight trash. I’ve owned it for about a month and in the handful of times I’ve used it, have noticed the interface is not smooth at all. There’s a huge lag between what you key in on the remote and what the TV actually does. Thought you clicked to open up Hulu? Probably not. Give it about 5 minutes for something to actually happen on the screen and you’ll find yourself in settings or something other than what you actually wanted to get to as a result of the awful lag within the operating system. I’ve had an absolute miserable experience with this TV and am glad to still be within the return period. It’ll be back at the store as an open box if anyone needs some discounted garbage of a TV.

While the TV looks nice, it's software is extremely slow to even remotely be used. Before I returned the product, I was exclusively using my HDMI Roku, which didn't even get to utilize the 4K features. I believe it is overpriced for the lacking sufficient software. I don't recommend.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. If you are referring to the remote control sensor at the bottom of your TV, there are a few troubleshooting steps you may want to try.
1) Reset the remote by removing the batteries & pressing Power for 8 seconds. Then reinsert the batteries.
2) Check to see if the remote is sending/receiving an infrared signal. You can check whether the signal is being transmitted by pressing the power button and observing the front tip of the remote control through the camera on your smartphone. If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote. If you see the IR light, turn on your TV using the control on the TV directly. Then, try controlling the TV again by pointing the remote directly at the Samsung logo.
If the remote still will not work, contact our Support Center to request service.

If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.
See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer.
If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off.
Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer.
If this does not solve your issue, we back this Samsung TV with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defect, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller.

From time to time, when I turn the TV on the screen glitches out and it creates this weird distorted inverted color effect that covers the entire screen. And whenever I go to the home page to watch YouTube for example, it lags a lot while scrolling through the apps and channels.
