      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

    After having for 2 days picture became very pixelated and blurry. Only way to fix was to unplug. Called Samsung they went through a few steps with me then told me to keep an eye on it, he made a note their system. Unacceptable. Returned for a different brand with no trouble. Best Buy was great!

    Keep this short and sweet. Just bought and hooked up and as soon as i got done with powering on and connecting stuff the internet connection has already dropped and wont reconnect. Horrible TV i highly recommend no one buys this garbage

      I’m sorry to hear that your out-of-box experience fell short of your expectations.

      If you are experiencing issues with the WiFi connection, we suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Broke after 2 months!

    Had this tv for two months and the screen went completely black. I can hear noise but absolutely no picture. Nothing I did made this happen. Tried unplugging the tv to reset it and still nothing. I can’t return it. What a waste of money.

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    WIFI will not connect to internet. Has never worked and you wont take it back. Bought it to measure for a construction project. Took measurements, 0ut back in box. Finished project then installed t.v. and WIFI never connected. Well I finished my construction project 3 weeks after the purchase and you have a 2 week policy. I hate it, and I hate your return policy.

      Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues.

      You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.

      Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1301.5 is now available at: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020

    Screen was cracked when I opened box, ordered online 7/29/20 and received in two days but didn’t open Until 10/1/20, found out it was not returnable after 9/12/20, there was no visible damage to box or packaging ,just would think that Best Buy would make good on this ,I have been a loyal customer for years,TV was never used and goes to setup when turned on

      Thank you for choosing the TU7000 Crystal UHD TV and taking the time to share your experience with apps. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    The picture quality is great for the price, very happy with the colors and smoothness. The smart TV features are the worst, keep your Apple TV or other external devices for streaming. The user interface is clunky and extremely slow. The wired LAN port is a known flaw, good luck getting it working. Bluetooth connectivity is very intermittent. Like most ultrathin TVs, the speakers are on the back, which does not make for great clarity.

    Very slow tv and isn’t responsive at all. This was my first samsung tv everyone i know has one but it’s very slow and just not working properly. I’ve had Roku Tvs that are way faster and responsive. The picture gets blurry for a minute then goes to high quality. very disappointed i will be returning.

    Bottom line upfront: I returned this tv after five days of "use". As other reviewers have mentioned, the wifi simply doesn't work. It is a chore to get it connected at all, and when you do, the constant issues make the unit unusable. I will not purchase a Samsung tv again.

      I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 TV and are currently waiting for a service appointment. We appreciate your patience. While you are waiting, you may want to try the following:

      1) Check the antenna and input cable connections

      2) Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections

      3) If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines

      4) Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      5) Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      6) If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

      7) If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

    The downfall of Apps

    I am returning this TV. I began to have issues 14/15 days after purchase. First Disney+ then the rest. I was instructed to reset WiFi, SmartHub, the TV. Issue comes back in less than a week. I do not want to have a TV I need to reset on the weekly bases. unneeded stress.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Tv stopped working after 2 months...I had bought it for my elderly mother and had it shipped to her in Louisiana. Now I cant return it.....and she can't get it to the manufacturer because she's old. So thanks alot for making a situation even worse Samsung ..

    The TV was cracked in shipping and the Manassas VA store would NOT take it as a return. I called the Best Buy 800 number and they said to take it back to the store. Bottom line I had to take it to UPS to return it. Lousy communication between company entity's.
