What can I say other than Samsung does not fail to impress when it comes to technology. Its my first tv in several years of not owning one and I have to say the picture looks great and the automatic 4k tuner does make older shows look better. Somehow I already had channels to watch even though I don’t have cable. Once I connected the tv to my wifi, I had access to several dozen channels I wouldn’t have otherwise, that was a nice touch. Honestly I don’t watch a whole lot of program network channels except maybe the news when I wake up. But its gaming and movies from there on and it also does that great. It automatically switches to game mode as soon as my xbox loads whatever game im about to play. I guess the only thing I would have liked to have seen on this tv was bluetooth connectivity. But im fine without it too :D. As far as feedback for the actual transaction and Best Buy as a whole, I would also rate it 5 stars. I placed my order online and a few hours later my order was ready for pick up. I wanted the TV right away that day so I had to drive maybe 20-30 miles to the only store that had it in stock. As per the social distancing rules they had a designated area for pick ups. Each parking spot had a number and they would come out and load your purchase for you. It was well designed and well processed. Things could not have been made much simpler. And there is beauty in simplicity. Great store great tv.

Excellent Image and graphics but if you want better sound you need a Sound Bar, I bought this unit as an upgrade for my son's room, He uses it for his PlayStation too. I confess I am a lover of SONY but it seemed like a good price $299.00.. I think that currently Samsung and Sony dominate the TV market..

Great tv, fast, Excelent picture an durabilty and performance

I recently purchased a Samsung Crystal Tv. It was suggested that I purchase a sound bar because the speakers were not that loud. I did end up buying the speaker bar. Tv is perfect now. Best Buy personnel were great! Have the sound feature 3 stars because I felt Samsung should have did a better job originally. Overall with the additional cost of a sound bar it is a 5 star

Great picture and sound, good price for an entry level 4K set. Samsung makes good stuff so don’t hesitate. When you set up internet if you get an Network Error 1-9 message hold down the power button on your remote to restart the TV and it will fix it and you can carry on. It’s a known issue with current Samsung sets. Enjoy it- it’s a good set for the price.
