As I previously advised, cannot review this item as the wiring for cable box didn't match cable box, so it was never connected. I exchanged for a more expensive Samsung which connected to cable box immediately.

Expected great things from Samsung as I have had several. Unfortunately this one had some quality issues, buzzed periodically, randomly locked up and or rebooted. Friend had similar issue with 7 series. Had to return and got 8 series for slightly more money

The software capabilities are not reliable. Apps don't work all the time. Such as smart view, spectrum cable tv app, or setting up the tv with the smart things app from Samsung phone. I also have a 6 series I brought almost 2 years ago and have no problems.

The apps issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

The TV was shipped to me and the screen was broken, no fault of Best Buy though. Even after discovering the screen was broken, this tv felt cheap. super lightweight but felt like it was going to break just getting it out of the box.

1 st delivery unit was cracked. The delivery guy didn’t mistreat it. I reviewed my home cameras. He was gentle. 2nd unit arrived and was glitching upon initial plug in. So there went 2 weeks.
Returned and purchased bigger tv. So far so good.

This is not a smart TV per say. According to Samsung this is a regular TV with internet possibilities but iptv appS or third party apps can be downloaded unless it’s within Samsung. I will not recommend that TV to anyone. It’s was returned.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

Best buy made it really hard to return a defective TV. There is no reason a new order takes 2 days and it takes 6 days to get a new TV when the foret one was broken.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 TV and the image feedback. We are here to help, and I have a few troubleshooting tips that we recommend trying if you have not already done so.
First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can easily update if needed.
Next, 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV.
Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the image a second time.
2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test.
Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
- If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.
3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test.
