    Terrible. It does not work correctly. For example, if I have Netflix on, it will automatically turn off. It changes channels on its own. It turns on and off on its own.

    I love the TV. Has a crystal clear picture. The colors are vibrant. The remote to this TV is the worst! I’ve had it for a month or so and I still cannot get comfortable using the remote. The volume in this tv is way to low. And your streaming APS cannot be moved into the order you use them! I have YouTube TV for my local stations and the things I normally watch. When I added the app it went to the end of the row! There are apps I don’t use and I can’t remove them. Streaming is great because I no longer pay the greedy cable company anything but internet.

To help address your issue with apps and low volume, please follow the below steps!

      First, please know you can move or remove apps on the Home screen. To do so, press the Home button on your remote and then scroll to the app you would like to move. Hold down the Select button until Move or Remove appears below. To move the app, select Move and then scroll left or right to move it to the position you prefer. Then press the Select button to confirm.

      Please refer to these features for low volume:

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    Terrible service by Best Buy/ purchased 1 month ago- product says shipped, nothing has arrived, no one answers my phone calls or emails, they took my money and dropped the service , I would recommend going to AMAZON

    I bought it almost two months and the screen suddenly doesn’t work anymore!!! I can hear the sound but the screen is Completely black out!!! Very poor quality!!!!!

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    Just after 90 days the tv picture turned very dark. I took to Best Buy and they said there is nothing they can do. I now am the proud owner of a broken tv and will never shop at Best Buy again.

    I bought the TV two years ago and it is not working anymore. Nothing hit or damages it . It suddenly stopped working.

    This TV was said to come with Apple TV, but it did NOT. It came with a few Apple programs, but works nothing like a real Apple TV. You cannot see any of the apps installed on your other Apple TV boxes.

    Useless since taking out of box. It’s been stuck trying to download the terms and conditions. It errors out every time. No connected services can be used without accepting the terms and conditions.

    The screen went blank after 3 months then brought to best buy to the geek squad and after three months for it to be in the possession of the geek squad best buy offered me a replacement.

    HDMI Ports on this TV are defective, they are too small to accept any HDMI cables I tried. (And no, they are NOT Mini-HDMI.

    TV got a line across the bottom after 5 months, and by 6 months old the entire screen has died. Samsung has been horrible to work with on the exchange through Best Buy...HORRIBLE!!

    This tv has a manufacturing defect. The screen appears blue and washed out every time the tv turns on. We have to UK unplug, and replug, the tv in every time we use it. Huge disappointment.

      We are very sorry to hear about your TV shutting off after 2 years. Please know we are here to help you. Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

      If your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it's quite possible it could actually be your external device and not your TV. Please try these troubleshooting steps for your blank screen issue:

      1. Press the Home button on the remote.

      If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues.

      Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In normal use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power).

      2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device.

      For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source, but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced.
      After you've reconnected the external device, turn it off and then back on.

      3. Test the HDMI cable.

      Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not have it. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step.
      The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords.

      To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test.

      If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required.

      4. Test different external devices.

      The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting to a different device or using a different source port. If you were unable to test the cable in the previous step, then try swapping the cable, too.

      If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will need service. If your TV is out of the 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty, you can locate a service center in your area by following this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You can designate frequently watched channels as favorite channels. Favorite channels are highlighted in the Edit Channels and Channel List screens with the heart symbol. You can create up to five favorites lists so that your family members can create their own personal favorites list. Go to:

      Home > Live TV > Channel List > Edit Channels
      1) Press the left directional button on the remote control to select the desired Favorites list.
      2) Press the right directional button to select Add Channels.
      3) Select the desired channel in the list on the screen.
      4) Press Add Channels to add the selected channel in the Favorites list. Select Favorites 1 - Favorites 5 on the Edit Channels screen and the following functions are available (Add Channels, Remove, Change Order, & Rename Favorites)
