    I purchased this in May of 2021 and I haven't been able to watch Amazon for 3 months and now Hulu won't load. Can't even find Discovery

      Thank you for choosing the TU7000 Crystal UHD TV and taking the time to share your experience with the apps. This issue may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

    I ordered a new TV and received a used one. I've been having issues with it and there's nothing I can do with it, can't return it or get a refund.

    Terrible TV. Worked fine right up until the end of the return window and then it became unusable. The picture would flash on and off and occasionally turn green.

      To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote.
      - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now
      - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on.

      If your issue persists after the firmware update, please contact Samsung Customer Support.

    Sometimes there will be no audio when turning on TV. Samsung has issued a bulletin but no fix at this point.

      1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external devices and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

      2) Set Sound Output to TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output.

      3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

    For the price you can’t beat what you get Quite honestly it’s way better than that $1000 4K tv I bought about 7 years ago. Get your hands on this tv if you can! You won’t regret it

    Not even 6 months of use and the thing doesn’t work... will not connect to my network at all. Please don’t waste your money... this thing should be recalled.

      You may want to go through these steps to check your WiFi network connection:
      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.

      Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1301.5 is now available at: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020

      Next, go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: It is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

    LEDs went out and I have no picture after a few months of barely any use. Overall not pleased, will be seeing if I can get a replacement.
