First, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test).
If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. For stable signal reception, the signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon).
Next, try updating the Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

This TV is amazing!!! It has all the Movie/TV Show apps that you could want. It also has Samsung TV Plus, which I believe is the same service as Pluto. The screen is beautiful, and the colors are just amazing. The TV has almost no bezel so it saves a ton of room. The speakers are pretty good too. The only issues with the TV is the legs on the bottom, and the remote. The remote feels a bit old and outdated, but it still works perfect. The legs on the bottom of the TV are strong and very sturdy, but I wish they went with a bit of a different design.

If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.
1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
