    Tv worked great for 4 mos. Then it has sound no picture. Where do I get help from on Best Buy Web page?

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

      Please refer to pages 135 – 140 step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.

    TV stopped working within 3 weeks of use. Now I have to contact Samsung because BestBuy couldn't help me.

    I exchanged the 4K UHD TV - Smart LED for 4K UHD TV - SMART QLED, which I enjoy all of the features.

      I am very sorry to see that your TV exhibited damage after you received it. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

    Very happy with this TV

    I have had this TV since 2020. I purchased it during lockdown for my bedroom. It is still working great. I have no complaints. The image quality is fine for my purposes. There are times when it glitches, but I think that is more related to the apps/my internet connection vs an issue with the tv. They always resolve by holding down the power button for a reset. I am very happy with the tv and would buy it again.
