I arrived at the store and checked in via text. Within three minutes a friendly Best Buy employee loaded the item into my truck wearing gloves and face mask and I was headed home. Can’t beat that. The TV was a snap to hook up and get started. The picture is amazing and very clear. I also have no issue with the sound. This is an amazing bargain for a top notch smart television. Highly recommend!

The picture control and menu looks like sometbing from an 90’s model TV, and no where close to the afjustments as my 4k vizios with built in “gaming engines”, not really a con especially for those that dont care about fine tuning every little setting but for those that do maybe try a higher model samsung

I have the 2019 tu7000 in my bedroom and I find this model to be better from a look and picture quality. I hooked my kids ps5 up to the tv and was amazed how much better it made the ps5 games look. Having an app store allows to have some many streaming service at the click of a remote. If your looking for a decent 4k tv. This is a very good option.
