Great tv with good quality good price very good for a bedroom

Had it for 3 years doesn’t turn on. Sounds of the television is good the picture is average the program is slow has too many apps the controls doesn’t has enough buttons I wouldn’t purchase this Smart T.V again

Best tv ive ever owned. The picture quality is 10/10. The one thing id say that needs a little love is the sound qaulity. But im sure thats a sales tatic to get you to buy a sound bar lol overall though this tv was worth every penny. If you play xbox series x or ps5 you need this tv.

Picture quality is great, but I didn't know about the screen probelms it starts to have just after 2 years or use. Of course it was outside of the protection window for best buy. The screen develops vertical lines and a couple days later the screen is shot. I should have read the reviews when I was thinking about buying. Do not buy this model by Samsung!!!!

This was a good TV. BUT... the entire board had to be replaced within a couple of months of receiving it and one of the HDMI ports broke on it in 3 years. We had the Geek Squad protection plan so we didn't lose what we paid for it. Other than that it was a pretty good TV.

This TV has been a great purchase and well worth the several hundred dollar savings over the other TV considered. The picture to us is very clear. Setup was easy as is using the streaming options once setup. My only complaint is I wish there were more than 2 HDMI connections. We had to buy an HDMI switcher to avoid plugging and unplugging in the back.

Love my new tv better than my original one, would recommend.

I really dislike this TV. It has an amazing picture on it, yes. But the user experience is really bad. The home screen is seriously awful. It's tough to see what is selected; there's barely a difference between the look of the selected app and the unselected apps. To be able to add apps you have to have a samsung account and the account has to be email verified. Extra steps when all you want to do is relax and watch tv. For whatever reason after days of trying, my personal email address would not receive the verification email. Wasn't in spam, junk, trash or anywhere. Ended up having to create another email address just to add a stupid app to this tv. Then there's the remote. Holy overload of unnecessary, crammed together buttons!! Don't try using that thing in the dark.

Excellent choice. Second Samsung Smart TV. First was a 31” that also works great and has been transferred to another room. Apparently that version wasn’t smart enough to get some desired apps.

Wonderful picture on TV...great reception! I did struggle with the set up routine. The remote is quite small so the buttons are small...for a 66 year old eyes. But once it was set up, I am quite pleased.

Excellent picture very clear and nice and brite. I would recommend this Tv to a friend great customer service. And warrant doesn't cost that much either l would recommend the warrantee. But great overall service.

picture very sharp & clear. Audio volume appears a little weak & not as clear as the voice you here when turning the set on or off or changing volume.

Stopped working after a year and it wasn’t being used frequently as it was in my bedroom. It had nice features but then it went blue screened after a year.

Honest the visual is this is beautiful, movies and games look very crisp, large screen with so much detail it, only bad thing is that its obly 60hrz wish it was 120hrz
