The color and sharpness of the picture are excellent. I like the fact that you can access Netflix directly and that it also has Samsung channels. I'd like it if the select, information, and return buttons on the remote were a bit larger,

Second Time Is the Charm

I had purchased an extended warranty plan, fortunately, and my old set was replaced with a new one with no fuss. The picture and sound are very good. I find navigating through channels and networks and streaming services using the remote somewhat tricky.

Samsung TV

The only issue I have is that it appears smaller than my previous TV even though they have the same measurements. The picture is great and price was reasonable but the cost of delivery, site eval and installation are outrageous and will stop me from making a similar purchase from Best Buy in the future.
