This however is a decent tv. But what keeps it from being a 4-5 star tv for me is remote control and the speed/processing power of this tv. Like some reviews stated, the menu is extremely slow to navigate through. You'll notice a lot of lag when scrolling through the different apps like Youtube, Netflix, Prime Video, etc. This mainly happens when you just boot up the tv and it's still loading everything. But even after 30 minutes of the tv being on, scrolling through the menu you'll still notice some extreme lag and even then some functions not registering. You'll click the left button on the remote and 5 seconds later it'll register- this is definitely a processing/processor issue. This tv is good, but the processor is WAY tooooo slow. The remote is also extremely busy with all the buttons on the surface. Numbers, arrows, dedicated App buttons, you name it. There are so many buttons and they aren't designed to feel different from eachother so when you press a button in the dark or even without looking, you won't even know which function you pressed. It has many many useless buttons and very few useful ones. What I do like however is the picture quality and the backlighting. It brings a clear and nice, sharp picture that even the average person couldn't complain. It has different picture adaptive modes for bright rooms, dark rooms, games, etc. That way you won't hurt your eyes in just about any environment you're in. The audio is also really good and I set mine to dynamic most of the time to get the best booming sounds from movies, music, and gaming. Overall, not a bad tv if you can get past the slow software or processing speeds and the remote with a bazillion buttons. Great picture and audio quality and if you get this for under $280, you should get it. Unfortunately for me, I'm going to return it because it's very slow (like I stated earlier) and I want a Samsung QLED instead because of the OneRemote with voice functions and the cleaner, faster UI.

We had a larger Samsung TV in the family room and were very well pleased with it's performance so we opted to buy another Samsung. We are very pleased with the performance of the Samsung Crystal UHD and glad that we waited for it's delivery. Easy to setup and excellent picture.

It’s not too big and it’s not too small. I am new to the ultra high definition and the picture was so crystal clear that my eyes could almost not comprehend it. The integrated apps allow me to easily click and watch Amazon prime Netflix and even YouTube.

Very nice picture, great features, more than adequate onboard speakers and built to last. The one thing that could be improved would be the remote. There is no back lighting on this model which makes this maze of buttons hard to work smoothly. The functions of the buttons themselves can be a bit awkward at times. Overall a solid investment :-)
