Decent tv for the price

Good looking back side. Bad No component connections (can't play my n64) Software is a bit slow, as when I push a button on the remote it takes more than average time for the TV to react Overall a good tv if you can get it at a decent price. I got an open box one for 250$

There was an issue with the remote. One important button did not work. Brought it back to the store and the rep wanted me to go home and bring the whole tv back. As I was walking out, a young woman associate could se I was unhappy. She went above and beyond and found me a working remote. Was so pleased. Tv is terrific. 2nd BB associate was excellent.

Don't care for the remote, compared to my old samsung tv, Very easy to hit wrong button. Plus almost every time you use remote you need to put up with the bottom app bar (approx 1/4 screen) for app selection and samsung advertising apps. Takes a while to go away.

I would definitely buy this again, set up was easy too! A great value for the price!

Great picture & easy set up.

The only down side is there seems to be a lag time at times when using the remote. The guide is also a little confusing at first, but once you figure it is fine. It is not that it is bad, just different from what I was used to, so accessing features took some trial & error.

I like it!

The size was what I needed to fit a space. It has HDMI Arc, so I can interface with my Sony receiver and select surround speakers or internal speakers from the TV remote. The smart features are great but I wish it had voice commands on the remote like my other Samsung TVs. I'll have to see if I can interface it with my Alexa Echo Dot.

Great for cat owners

I have a cat that loves to get close to the TV and swat at moving objects. The screen is still in perfect condition after a year with constant cat attention. The base is very sturdy and I haven’t had any issues with the image or sound.
