Great Picture and very easy start up and set up. The apps that are already downloaded is fantastic (YouTube,Disney etc ) bought it as a birthday present for my daughter and she loves it. Might buy myself one also.

Excellent tv. Picture is beautiful and it runs all out apps including spectrum. This tv was one of our better buys for sure. The staff as bestbuy was super friendly and helped us out right away. Not pushy either. Great service from both the product and the store.

Purchased this television for my daughter's room. It was on sale and it was a good deal. The picture is great. We cut the cord and have YouTube TV and she does not like the remote for the streaming. The buttons are small and difficult. Everything else is great.

Got this TV for my office where it doubles as both a monitor and as a regular TV. The picture is amazing, it is as advertised as 'Crystal UHD' It also pairs with my Galaxy Smart Phone and the Samsung SmartThings app so you can control the TV from your SmartPhone if you misplace your remote.

Love the tv but had to drive 10 miles to buy screws for my wall bracket. They don't supply the screws and they aren’t a standard size. Small issue but would have been a nice touch on an otherwise nice television at a reasonable price.

The display is very crisp an clear. Sports are great on this TV. The sound quality is truly robust. This TV is easy to use on AT&T TV without having to buy any additional adapters or controllers. It allows the easy change from TV to Netflix and many other streaming services.

I have good news, & bad news. Ill start with the bad; setting up the App Store. In order to do ANYTHING on this tv, setting up apps, watching live television, etc. you will need to set up the wireless internet connection. Seems easy right? It wasn't. It was giving me errors by timing out trying to secure the network. It wasn't accepting the password. I eventually had to google a solution. If this happens to you, you will need to download the Samsung smart things app on your mobile device to set up the profile for the App Store to be available to use on the TV. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but after that one hiccup, everything has been great since. The apps are great, plenty to download. Netflix button right on the remote is amazing. The picture is flawless. Ive been watching 4K movies all month.

Still figuring out how to us Samsung remote. It’s not cut and dry

Once again, we're talking Samsung product that is a known quality item. I have stated before, I have been purchasing Samsung, because of the quality, ease of use and very compatible to all the other Samsung item I have purchased.

Great price. Worth every penny and love the smart tv features and apple AirPlay. I prefer Sony but I can’t afford Sony so I go Samsung and it’s incredible quality for the value. Also Samsung products working together seamlessly is awesome(soundbar w/ TV)

Delivery from UPS was significantly delayed (they lost the TV) but Best Buy made it right. They canceled the original order and expedited re-shippment. TV is great-picture is very sharp, color is true, and smart TV features are intuitive and easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this TV to replace an LG of similar size. Good TV!

Good picture. Good tv. Great technology. Alexa works once Smart Things is linked. Wish Spectrum cable app was a remote button instead of fumbling through screen to select it. But, great that I don’t need a cable box for spectrum cable or any other box, cables or power plugs. Wanted a good small 4k kitchen tv without other boxes needed.

Great deal for a Samsung TV Easy to navigate. The screen settings for night time, gaming, and movies are perfect. Sound is great too. Can’t wait to add surround sound :) Had Disney plus as soon as it came Out. Unlike my other tv, which took a month before they added Disney plus.

Bought this TV yesterday 2/12/22, great piece of equipment, great picture (clean pic), didn’t have any issues hook it up to Dishnetwork. Had another brand that didn’t work at all with Dish. Even can use both remotes with satellite.

Excellent picture, easy to setup. Updated software when I set it up, no picture issue. Very nice, thinking about getting the 65 inch to replace my 50.
