When you power on the t.v. there is a opening menu that scrolls from side-to-side with this sound that gets too loud. The menu doesnt go away for a long while unless you hit "exit" on the remote. I use this t.v. as my computer monitor so theres no need for any of that, just because I turned it on. My mistake is that I forget about the menu. I turn the power on and sit the remote down on a table, then go to the desk. So when I'm trying to access my computer desktop, i either have to wait or get back up, go to the table just to press "exit", then go back to my desk to use my computer. Other than that, great t.v. very clear for video editing, gaming, and enjoying a movie in 4k.

This one was for a kids playroom and there are lots of smart options and the pics is clear. Perfect for the kids.

I never realized how much I was missing with 4k UHD. This TV has a clear, sharp picture. It was very easy to setup and and is easy to use.

Beautiful Image & Crappy Interface

We need to purchase a 2nd TV to replace the one in the other room and it will NOT be Samsung because I can't stand using the functions on the TV or the remote. All the important buttons are at the very bottom and again super tiny. Why not put them in the middle or at the top of the remote? With our next purchase I will be more focused on the remote and user interface for sure. Because if the TV is a pain in my rear, it won't get used.
