Purchased this Samsung TV as a Christmas present for my father-in-law. He uses it in his bedroom, so not used as often as living rm tv. That being said, the picture is great and he has no complaints after 2 weeks of use. I dropped one star off rating because of an annoying issue during setup. I kept receiving a message that it could not connect to Samsung Server to retrieve terms of agreement and privacy statement. You cannot not setup the TV until you agree to these (i.e. it is a boat anchor until you resolve issue and/or agree). After searching online, the only resolution that worked was to reset power to router, then factory reset TV. Once downloaded and agreed, I was able to set up sources and smart apps.

We have really enjoyed using this television in our den. The color and sound are great. We would purchase it again if we needed to purchase a television.

Crystal clear picture. Looks alive. Good price. My 14 rear old Granddaughter researched all the best features at the best price. She was right. She set it up for us. Great!

Purchased this TV with a Geek Squad Protection plan and I'm glad that I did, because this model apparently has serious QC issues. Don't misunderstand - the picture on this thing is astounding. The Crystal Image Processor outputs upscaled content that is gorgeous, bright, with almost no artifacting. It's the perfect size for my living room. But that doesn't make up for the horrible ownership experience. What is sitting in my living room right now is a giant, glitchy tablet computer that just so happens to be able to display other content. From the beginning of ownership, it's had issues with the Tizen OS freezing, glitching out, or simply blanking out all the HDMI inputs. The remote and all the buttons become unresponsive and the only solution is a hard reset. The first time, I did a Device Reset, checked for a firmware update, only to have the system tell me no updates were available. The second time it happened, I called Samsung, and their helpdesk proceeded to tell me to do those steps again, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in again. When it worked - no surprise - they said "Oh, must be fixed." If Geek Squad is able to provide me with a long-term fix, I'll happily update this review. Otherwise, my advice: you'll do better with a TV that is a little "less smart."

Pleased with the quality of service, Only drawback was seeing a person dragging the television I purchased by one end of the box and sliding the other end of the box across the floor and over the door entryway.

Color adjustments are insufficient. This one thing would stop me from buying it again. All else is good. The price was a good value and it has lots of features but the color / contrast is a huge negative.

Awesome! Works really well, is beautiful, and has a seamless and thin ledge. My only issue is the remote as it has Amazon Prime Video on it as a button instead of netflix, not a big deal! Great tv overall

Spectacular picture! Very user friendly. Added Samsung Sound Bar. Great combo. This is my 5th Samsung TV. You can not wrong with their products.

I am really enjoying my Samsung 4K TV! I recently purchased 4K TV so I can connect to my Apple TV and watch many programs in high definition! TV was very easy to setup!

This Samsung 4K TV is what the doctor ordered. Great picture and sound. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Hooked up Ps4 and wow the colors popped. Perfect college kid back to school TV with Samsung quality.

This is a beautiful TV. It was so easy to set up. Love the minimal edge surround. The legs slide in and there are even clips to hide the cord. Picture quality is amazing.

For the price, the picture is good and setup is easy. However, I have an issue with the usb port. It does not recognize an external device and I could not find any information online about resolving it.

Enjoying our new TV. The picture is beautiful and it seemed fairly easy to set up our AP's on it. Also the size is nice, while pretty large, it's not too large.

Love the tv picture. Purchased for guest room upstairs. Smart tv is great. It’s upstairs and our receiver/router is downstairs so we g F ave to buy an extender. No big deal.

Great series. Also have the 6 series same size. New apps and easy to set up. Great small apartment or bedroom TV. Everything I expected from a Samsung product.
