TV has superior picture quality, crystal clear, easy to set up, although I didn't use the WiFi capability, as I use A Roku stick.

My family and I "cut the cord" about a year ago and have used a streaming TV service ever since. While not flawless, performance has been very good utilizing non-Samsung brand smart TVs, gaming systems, and 3rd party USB streaming devices. When an older LCD television started to show signs of going out, I wanted to replace it with a smart TV having the most extensive service options. Research found that Samsung offered my current live TV streaming service and HBO Max, a combination not found with any other TV brand. I have used plenty of other Samsung devices (phones and tablets) in the past and have been happy with them. I utilized the SmartThings app to set up the TV and found the process to be easy enough. I ensured that the television software was up-to-date before loading and signing in to my apps. I found the responsiveness of the interface to be much slower than my other TVs, but all services appeared to be working properly. After a short time, live streaming TV channels began to freeze. When a new channel was selected, the signal would be choppy for several seconds before cleaning up. Then channels starting cutting out/freezing intermittently mid-stream. The issue would come and go. Growing tired of the problem, I reset the TV to factory settings. I once again verified that the latest Samsung software update had been installed and tried the live streaming service again. Again there were issues. On-demand services inside the same app did not present the same errors. Samsung didn't allow me to uninstall the app, but I did utilize the re-install option. Which did not correct the issue. I waited a couple weeks to see if the interference would resolve itself and it did seem to get slightly better. With the 30-day return limit coming up, I decided that it was not worth chancing futures issues and returned the product. The picture quality and wide array of app options attracted me to this product, but performance drove me toward another brand that I knew to be reliable.

Purchased this tv for our third bedroom. Sits perfect above dresser. Can’t bear the price and Samsung make the beat smart tv!

Great picture, like the option to add audio components thru the optical output. Very light which allows mounting options.

Perfect for spare bedroom with all of the same capabilities as the 65” downstairs!

This is a very good tv, I gave it 4 out of 5 because I didn't think it was as bright as my LG which is a 3 year old non smart tv, but it's extremely clear & easy to pair with any device. But buyer beware when you order this online & they tell you it will be ready for 1 hour for pickup don't believe it, I was told it may not be ready until next day, the tv was in the back not even put on the floor yet but a young man named Shaquille at the Vauxhall store helped me out he said to return it & purchase it in store because there could be as many as 50-100 customers whos orders have to be pulled.

I’ve had this tv for a while now, and it really depends on you and what your habits/ uses are gonna be with it. I’m a gamer and only really use this tv for that. And in that sense, the tv is great! Nice 4K resolution and 60hz, perfect for any gaming console since most games are capped at that for now. If you want something more for watching TV then suggest looking for something else, the TVs UI is VERRRYYY slow and can be annoying, does require a little tinkering with the settings to get it optimized, highly suggest plugging in your Fire Stick or chrome cast in this tv for those needs.

Movies and shows are crispy clear. Easy to navigate to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime movies... This TV also has free channels.

Love this TV. It’s the perfect size for my room and has everything I need for a smart TV. The price was reasonable as well.

A good tv for the price. Set up was pretty simple. Complications were probably more due to xfinity rather than the tv. We've only had it about a month. So far, so good.
