I had no trouble connecting it to the internet and my streaming accounts. The sound quality is decent. The picture quality is great, so great in fact it makes a lot of tv shows look like home videos which drives me a little crazy. For some reason, the camera jostling and moving is more obvious with the high definition tv's and sometimes it makes the backgrounds look a little fake.

I would highly recommend but there are down sides

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off no HDMI 2.1 and I would give this TV a 5/5 however, when it comes to being easily intergrated meaning the "one remote feature" and the apps DO NOT work smoothly every once and a while. I've had this TV long enough to know how to fix the issue (unplug it for a min or longer). Other than that the picture quality is FANTASTIC and game mode is great for my PS5. Another thing is the TV being able to transform almost anything you watch in 4k is true, at least for Direct TV and Netflix/Prime video.

I would have gladly given it a 5 star review but, I installed it in a bathroom and the TV has gaping holes on the base of the TV. It's where the brackets plug into the bottom. You can see the circuit board and electronics in each 2x2 inch hole. More circuitry exposure is not good in a damp environment like a bathroom. I've never seen a new TV come with so much exposed circuitry before.
