Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of these and had to return both because no one at Best Buy was aware that the 43” was not being shipped with the slim fit wall mount that is literally advertised in the title. Not sure if this is a manufacturing error or just a poor decision for the 43” size— we have a larger Frame in our living room and have enjoyed it, but I can’t imagine why anyone would choose this TV and not want to mount it. If you don’t want this particular brand for the streamlined art mode, manufacturer mount, and bezels etc being easy to set up then I’m not sure why you aren’t getting a comparable product for less. But unfortunately I needed that size, so this was a disappointment. Will have to find an older version with all of the components. All that aside, the TV is fine. It’s like any other well performing smart TV of its kind. I will say that the noise regulating feature is *terrible* and I thought my TV was broken when I had that setting toggled, but otherwise I do like our larger 2024 frame.

BEST BUY KNOWINGLY RIPS OFF CUSTOMERS

When I called customer service, they refused to provide a wall mount OR to correct the misleading description on the website. I pointed out to customer service that, per the reviews, I am not the only customer that has had this issue and that since this is a known problem, they should fix the product listing. More than 6 weeks later, the misleading description is still there, and I have had to pay extra to purchase a wall mount elsewhere. I reached out to Samsung. They assured me that if I had bought the TV through them, it would have come with a wall mount for free. But since I bought with Best Buy, they would not help. Please look elsewhere for your TV shopping needs. I know I will.

We are sorry to hear of your Best Buy experience. The Slim Fit wall mount is not like a normal wall mount as it is comprised of a few small pieces. It is not made up of larger metal components as one might expect when they hear the word "wall mount". The whole thing is located in the accessory bag (this is the same back where the one connect cable, remote, and power cord are located.
The good news is that if you've received your remote, then you've received the wall mount, but may just not know it.
- Smaller sealed bag section: This is where you will find the main brackets for the wall mount, the screws, the template, and tape.
- Larger sealed bag section: This is where you will find additional wall mounting hardware.

open-box purchase did not come with correct mount

This was not disclosed, in fact the description says it was a "slim fit" wall mount. Went back to store and they did not provide me the correct mount.

Surprisingly Disappointed

The whole purpose of buying a Frame TV was because it looks like a picture on the wall. Now it looks like any other flat screen TV.

The Frame TV comes with a One Connect Box, allowing you to connect your components to one separate box, not to the back of the TV. Your TV is connected to the One Connect Box with the One Invisible Connection – a translucent cable allowing you to place your TV accessories wherever works best for you.
