Very lightweight and slim line making it very easy to mount on the wall. A little pricy compared to some others but is worth it.

Very pleased with Samsung customer support which I needed when setting up the tv because i have two Samsung TV's in close proximity to each other and the remote controls needed to be paired for thier respective TV's and I didn't know how.

I subscribe to several premium online video services that, obviously, I want to watch on my beautiful new smart tv. No luck! Every singe time you have to type your full email and login, and you know how long that takes with a remote control - slow! And, Samsung has no option to download another browser. You are stuck with their worthless one. I would NEVER have bought this tv if I would have known this. But once it is installed on the wall and the box is in the trash, you're stuck with it. Buyer beware! I wish I could return it for another brand.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

It took me quite a while to figure out this smart TV (not so smart). I don't think a novice can do this alone. Keyboard (once I found it) sucks. We have an older Samsung Smart TV, that was a lot easier to set up. However now I think I got it all figured out and the quality of the picture is really good and functionality works well. Just a steep learning curve

It does not support the Freevee app. The sound is weak. We added a sound bar to help. It works well on iPhone hotspot Wi-Fi. It has a very good picture.
