    i really like this TV! Didn’t need a huge screen TV with all the bells and whistles, this TV fits the bill perfectly. The picture is great, can tell a big difference, crisp & clear. Would definitely recommend Samsung TV

    This TV produces an excellent picture, watching it is a pleasure. However, I only use this to watch from my cable box and want to use that controller rather than the one that came with the TV. The problem is that I need to wait for the automated "input selection" screen to time-out before I can see the full picture. This is a nuisance. I really would prefer a dumb TV.

    I only wanted a simple TV but this one is over the top with features I will probably never use. The picture and sound quality are excellent. I linked it to my Xfinity account to record and view on-airs programs. One day I'll get someone to explain how to take advantage of aa "smart" TV.

    After relaying on only Samsung tvs for years, I feel this purchase has let me down. I don’t think the picture quality is as good as the 10 year old tv that it replaced. The screen is a material other than glass and has a dull texture which impacts the quality and sharpness of the picture. There are probably better choices out there in tvs.

      I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the clarity of your Q60B TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If you’re still noticing blurring or juddering on the screen, try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings to improve your image. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

      It's great to hear setup was a breeze and that you're enjoying the picture of your new Q60B TV. Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. To access the App Store, press the Home button on your remote, which redirects you to the Home Screen. Press the left directional button to select Media, which located on the leftmost part of the Smart Hub Home Screen within the static menu. From there, select APPS to see a variety of available apps and install the ones you’d like.

    this tv replaced a sony tv I had all kinds of problems with streaming with the sony thinking it was the cable co. The new set does not have a google computer in it which was the cause of all the problems with streaming. no problems with streaming & picture is perfect on the samsung
