    Love my new Smart Wifi, bluetooth Samsung TV. Beautiful picture & sound. Not particularly crazy about remote control. I prefer larger remotes with channel search numbers. This one is small & solar chgd. Perhaps i will like it more when I get more familiar with it. Price was great for screen size. Added a Samsung soundbar which enhanced the sound

    A no hassle purchase experience. Clerk at checkout offered to have the TV loaded into the car for us which was helpful. Love the new TV and ease of setup at home. Price was reasonable and compares with others. Overall a great problem free purchase!

    This TV is the best we have ever bought. The picture is so clear and the colors very impressive! And don’t start me on the many channels we have access to it’s unreal! We have given up our cable because we have way better channels with the internet!

    Picture quality is excellent for movies, cable TV, and streaming. However, the sound quality is subpar. 20 watts is not enough, you'll need a soundbar for better quality. Also, the interface is pretty slow for a new generation tv. It takes some time to move around the menu and switch between apps such as Netflix etc.

      Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      You can also customize sound by going to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

      For optimal performance, please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    Picture quality is excellent out of the box and the TV has a very slim profile which is nice. Sound is also decent. The remote, however, is frustrating to use and it favors Samsungs smart tv platform over other ones (such as if you add Fire Stick or AppleTv)

    What a great find! Perfect size for a 140sqft room! Connected to wifi with an app from the cable company… no cable box needed. Even pics up some local stations on Maui and the picture is incredible! Samsung does it again! Mahalo!
