    We would like to be able to use only one remote with our Blue Stream Fiber Optic and new Samsung Smart TV. The Tech team Member did not know how to do the set up with Blue Stream so that we didn’t have to use two remotes.

    This TV is disappointing. The remote doesn't work well. I've had to reboot the TV at least 1x per week. I cannot remove so much of the unnecessary stuff on the home screen. Very disappointing.

    Set up was easy. Learning how to use the remote is challenging. I have gad some issues with Tivo but the streaming for Disney and Prime is great.

    Great pic for the price (key words). Taking back soon do to a green line forming a cross a single pixel wide. No marks on screen from an unseen bump or anything.

    Love it, how quickly it turns on. But it doesn’t reconnect with my Bluetooth speaker without a manual button each time. Maybe I did something wrong

    Sound goes out at different times. It happens when changing channels, switching apps, etc. 0 Stars!! Picture on the other hand is awesome!! 5 stars

      If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.

    Bought TV as an open box item in October for a Christmas gift. Haven't seen how it works yet so can't comment on that. The buying and picking it up at the store process went smoothly.

    Very good flat screen tv for medium sized bedrooms. Great 4k resolution, color contrast, and easy to put up.
