The washer / dryer are fine. It is Best Buy that is not. Ordered the pair 10/18 in - store and told the rep that they were to be stacked - so stacking kit needed. I was prepping for the install appointment a few days prior and noticed that the kit was not on the order summary. I contacted best buy and they charged me for it (not the problem) and also an additional fee for delivery. When the install day came - they showed up with appliances and no kit. Rescheduled. Next appointment the install guy showed up with the kit...but the kit was missing parts. Rescheduled. Next appointment install guy showed up with the kit but with no instructions to install. Total **** show. In addition - the dishwasher delivered is not what I asked for during my in-store order. It's the incorrect color. No install 3rd party has contacted me to schedule - so that is still not installed either. The order was placed 10/18 and it is now 12/10.

I may have been able to rate these higher had it not been due to the delivery and installation. They failed to properly install the washer so we were unable to do anything until they were able to return. The delivery team dropped the dryer damaging it to the point it make lots of noise when being used (we have ordered a replacement and are currently waiting on it). They also dropped and dented the pedestal however I failed to have that reordered. We will just make do. The appliance resolution center lied to me about sending technicians to resole the issues and instead sent the same idiots that caused the issues. The appliance resolution center made it sound like it was my fault that I don't speak spanish so that I could talk with the delivery and installation team they sent. Very poor customer service!

I honestly don’t know how a washer this expensive can break down as much as this one does. From the first month, it’s been one issue after another. It either stops mid-cycle, refuses to drain, or gives some random error code that nobody seems to know how to fix. For something advertised as “high-efficiency” and “super speed,” it definitely super speeds its way into constant breakdowns.
What’s even worse is trying to get help. I bought this through Best Buy and even have their rewards program, but every time I reach out for support they just push me off to Samsung like it’s not their problem anymore. It’s ridiculous. I didn’t buy it from Samsung—I bought it from Best Buy—yet somehow I keep getting told to “contact the manufacturer.” Meanwhile I’m stuck with a washer that barely works and endless finger-pointing between the two companies.
For the price, the features, and all the hype, this thing has been nothing but a headache. I regret buying it, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy fighting with customer service more than doing your actual laundry.
