Love my new Samsung washer. I like that it takes large loads and it’s quicker than my last one. I had a wonderful salesman, Kevin, who suggested I get the stand. Although it was $300 more, it was worth it as door is right in front of me like in laundromat.

Our old Samsung's bearing went out, and we replaced it with this unit. Very happy with the performance and efficiency.

My Samsung washer has such a large drum that it cuts down on how many loads I actually have to wash. Also the wash is thoroughly cleaned . Very easy to use.

love how this washer looks. I like that I am able to connect it to my phone, but haven't used all of the features yet

Great machine so far. I would buy another one. I kind of want the dryer now

So far, great washer. The only drawback is the fact that you have to add the detergent for each load

I replaced same size and similar model after 7 years of heavy use, samaung have app that can connect with all other samsung appliance which you can control from your phone. My TV will show brief message your wash is done

Happy with this purchase, definitely does a great job. No complaints, nice and efficient. Love how you can connect it to your phone to get notifications. I love Samsung ❤️

My first New washing machine! I love this washer my clothes have never been so clean! Handles my king size bedding with ease!

This is truly a gorgeous device, but it's had so man issues. I love all things Samsung, but the appliances don't seem to be as well-designed at their phones (I've had every model since the Galaxy S3 and always upgrade). While it has settings like steam wash, I can't say I notice a difference between a normal wash. I've tried all kinds of detergents and some items just do not get 100% clean. What really concerns me though is that when the washer spins, it makes so much noise and seems like a jet ready to take off. I don't know if it's a faulty sensor, but it's quite embarrassing when the washer acts up and I have company around. I've also had issues with washing blankets (rather thin ones) where the washer will seemingly crash and fail to complete the washing cycle. I find this happens when I wash more than 1 or 2 small blankets. I guess they get too heavy and it messes with the sensor? Overall, it's a really pretty machine, but the longevity of the device is rather questionable.

Excellent washer. It is very quiet which I love. The features and wash quality is fantastic. Tub size is perfect especially is I need to wash a comforter!

Leaks from the softener/bleach tray. This washer is pretty but that’s about it.

I’ve had this machine for about a month. I stupidly did not add a warranty to it. I was told the cost of fixing it is relatively the same as a new machine because of the new technology, like everything. So depending on if it breaks on me in the next 3 years, I may change my stars. However, Samsung products have been typically reliable for me, so I’m hopeful. It has cleaned really well. We have a lot of tough laundry and it’s done really well. I thought a sanitizing feature would be on it? It’s not. That would be my only complaint- but there is a heavy cleaning feature, so I use that and things come out very clean. I have not yet used the steam feature but i will a lot. I love that it has it. It’s beautiful. I got the rose gold knobs. A very nice extra for a hard working machine

Was leary of front load washer but am glad i got it now. Very simple setup. Washes quietly also
